1. 1-Day Return Window (Only for Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items)

  • You can report any damaged, defective, expired, broken, leaking, or wrong product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Time starts from the moment your order is marked “Delivered”.

2. Full Refund or Free Replacement

  • If the product is damaged, defective, wrong, or expired, you will get: → 100% refund to your original payment method OR → Free replacement (whichever you prefer)

3. No Returns / No Refunds for Other Reasons

  • Changed mind, don’t like the product, ordered by mistake, size/fit issue, etc. – Sorry, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for these cases.
  • Opened food items, innerwear, personal care, medicines, and customized items cannot be returned in any case.

4. How to Raise a Return Request

  • Open PalwalCity.in app/website → Go to My Orders → Select the order → Click “Problem with item” → Upload clear photos/video of the damaged product → Submit.
  • Our team will verify within 2 hours and arrange pickup + refund/replacement.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once pickup is done (or photos approved for no-pickup items), refund will be processed in 2–5 business days directly to your bank/UPI/wallet.
